Matthew is a Certified Primal Health Coach and holds NASM’s Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist Certifications. He specializes in teaching the skill of strength and developing athleticism. As a StrongFirst-trained kettlebell coach, he is an expert in teaching the technique of hardstyle kettlebell training. He also has extensive experience utilizing body weight, medicine balls, TRX, and a variety of other implements.
With a firm belief in leading by example, Matthew understands that achieving optimal health and fitness requires leading a life based around these goals. In so doing he hopes to inspire others to follow suit and seek the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
